The People Advisor serves as a key member of the Human Resources team, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to both employees and management. The People Advisor role combines strategic thinking with hands-on HR operations to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure organisational compliance. We have a laid-back approach, however there is a huge amount of accountability, and we expect our team to continuously challenge each other and the status quo. Experience with HR procedures and being able to juggle various tasks in a timely and accurate manner is key to this role. Ultimately, you will focus on ensuring that our People are supported in the best way possible.
