Our client is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join their Residential Conveyancing team. This role is ideal for a Legal Secretary with strong audio typing abilities, as the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team with various administrative and legal tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to the Residential Conveyancing team in all aspects of their work. Accurately transcribe audio recordings, ensuring high-speed and precision in typing. Draft, proofread, and amend legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and property-related paperwork. Maintain and manage client files, ensuring all documents are organised and up to date. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to arrange meetings and manage correspondence. Handle administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and managing legal databases. Experience and Skills Requirements Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Residential Conveyancing. Highly skilled in audio typing, with excellent attention to detail and speed. Strong understanding of the Residential Conveyancing process and related documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
