At Habs, we believe in the power of education to transform lives—not just within our schools, but across our wider community. We are looking for a Community Partnerships Manager to play a vital role in deepening our relationships with young people and their families in the local area.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of our Community Partnerships, designing and leading a new programme building on the success of our Schools Partnerships work. You’ll shape and deliver a range of high-quality educational initiatives that provide meaningful opportunities for young people and their families both inside and outside of school hours, including evenings and holidays.
What You’ll Do
* Develop, manage, and evaluate the Community Partnerships programme, ensuring it is impactful, inclusive, and sustainable.
* Build strong relationships with students, teachers, local councils, residents’ groups, and other community stakeholders, both in Habs and in the wider community.
* Lead the planning and delivery of educational enrichment opportunities that support local families and disadvantaged young people.
* Manage budgets, reporting, and communications to ensure the programme thrives and grows.
* Work closely with Habs students and staff to encourage active involvement in community initiatives.
* Collaborate with the Schools Partnerships Manager to align activities across both programmes.
* Represent and promote the programme to a wide range of audiences, both internally and externally.
Who You Are
* A natural relationship-builder, with experience working with young people and their families in an educational or community setting.
* A confident project manager, able to develop and deliver large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
* A creative thinker, passionate about widening access to educational opportunities and committed to addressing disadvantage.
* An excellent communicator, comfortable presenting ideas, networking, and engaging diverse groups.
* A flexible and committed professional, able to work evenings as required to foster strong community ties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the community, using education as a force for change. Whether you have experience in schools, charities, local government, or community outreach, we want to hear from you.
Join us and help shape a programme that will leave a lasting impact on young people and families for years to come.
