About the Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons to primary school pupils
* Assist individual students or small groups, adapting your approach to meet diverse learning needs
* Help create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all children
* Support children with special educational needs (SEN) where required
* Work flexibly, choosing shifts that suit your availability – full-time or part-time options are available!

Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
* Passion for education and a commitment to child welfare and development
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children and school staff
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
