Location: Royal London Group, SK10 4EL
Rate of pay: £30,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities:
* Managing Booking reports for all Hospitality including occasional out of hours events
* Supporting the General Catering Manager in providing all on-site facilities for our client including restaurant, coffee shop and hospitality services
* Liaising with the Front of House team to ensure delivery meets company standards
* Working with the GM to ensure all financial targets are met including costings and labour requirements
* Representing the on-site G&G team in a professional manner
* Managing the Front of House team and ensuring all team training is completed
* Working with the Kitchen team to keep the Hospitality menu fresh and enticing
