IT Support Engineer – Leeds / Hybrid
£26,000 - £30,000 + bonuses, 35-hour work week and great benefits
This profitable and growing organisation require an experienced IT Support Engineer, to join them their established team providing remote, email and in-person technical support to hundreds of users. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
As a Technical Support Engineer you will record, diagnose and resolve technical support issues as well as perform routine maintenance, process service requests, and lead projects, amongst other IT responsibilities.
Whilst the majority of work will be done from home, candidates will ideally live in West Yorkshire, with the ability to travel to central Leeds at relatively short notice.

Responsibilities
7. Resolve all incident, problem and request tickets that are logged through the Service Desk.
8. Onsite and remote laptop / mobile device support and troubleshooting.
9. Software, hardware and peripheral support.
10. Continuously enhance IT skills through involvement in a wide range of technical projects.
Experience:
11. Proven experience providing 2nd line support
12. Microsoft Office 365.
13. Windows 10 and 11.
14. Hardware support (laptops and mobile devices)
15. Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
16. Intune, PowerShell, Fresh Service, Entra ID, Security - desirable
