Key Responsibilities:
Manage payments and invoicing
Record income and expenditure using Sage 50 (proficiency required)
Conduct financial forecasting
Review staff timesheets
Administer invoices
File HR documentation
Track staff holidays
Organize interviews and prepare documentation for new hires
Perform ad-hoc clinical admin tasks
Respond to clinic emails and phone calls professionally
Maintain good relations with customers and business partners
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
High level of organization
Initiative and self-motivation
Strong and empathetic communication skills
Previous experience in accounts (essential)
