The Channel Marketing Advisor will work closely with the ISV Channel Sales and the Global Partners Sales team in support of sales, partners, and ISV partners in the planning and executing of marketing plans and programs that increase Zebra market share. Will directly work with the partners that cover the regional market and develop and execute aligned channel marketing plans with targeted partners to address business/marketing challenges. This position will also own the development of annual business/marketing plans through collaborative planning processes aligned with Zebra's go-to-market initiatives with the unique strengths of each partner and deliver a plan with clear goals, objectives and metrics. We are offering 12 months contract Responsibilities: - Strategize and align on the marketing initiatives with the CAMs (Channel Account Managers), Channel Sales Lead, BDMs and Channel Marketing Lead - Execute marketing and enablement plans for all partners utilizing a combination of MDF and Program Spend in the most effective manner that is aligned with established priorities and plans; Manage the yearly budget allocation - Develop and maintain the overall marketing plans and programs for channel partners - Monitor, measure and report plan performance against objectives to determine ROI - Lead product launch planning across the portfolio for the partners, channel sales team, aggregating information and plans by segment - Represent channel marketing in planning sessions, reviews and events as required - Provide and lead marketing support for marketing initiatives including event planning, content creation and communication - Manage, train and keep track of all partner activities managed through the program tool Vistex. Manage and approve all projects and budget - Deliver "Voice of Customer" insight for developing channel and marketing programs and other business needs/requirement - Identify the most effective and efficient marketing solution to address challenge (i.e. create and execute targeted campaigns, field events, executive programs, tradeshows, customer references, industry association events and telemarketing) - Accelerate go-to-market execution and close partner marketing capabilities gap.
