We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Controller / PMO / Programme or Project Manager from a Manufacturing background with specific skills in setting up the framework for Cost Management across large and complex programmes. Client Details The hiring company is a large manufacturer based near Oxford. Due to high investment in global programmes they are looking to set up the control mechanisms to monitor the programmes costs, risks, budgets, and revenue projections Description Set up from scratch a single source within the programme to ensure costs are are monitored and visible across Design, Development and Production. Maintain detailed cost breakdowns that align with financial reporting in the ERP system. Leverage granular cost details to hold budget owners accountable for their commitments. Monitor, forecast, and analyze programme cash flow and profitability. Identify and develop opportunities that deliver real-time cost benefits. Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting in line with programme targets. Manage booking codes and ensure reconciliation between the programme and finance team. Track revenue and collaborate with the finance team on revenue recognition activities. Monitor labour bookings across the programme to support workforce planning. Profile A successful Project Cost Controller should have: Essential: Experience working on global complex programmes in a Manufacturing business.
