Job Description
This role is customer facing and focuses on supporting Leadership and Management apprentices employed across South Wales. You will ensure that both the apprentices and their employers receive a high level of support and that the apprentices gain the best experience and training possible. The role will involve travel to multiple employer locations as well as working from home and at Head Office.\n\nThe key duties of the role are:\n\nVisit employers in line with schedules to deliver learning, undertake assessment and complete reviews with apprentices.\nMonitor and support apprentices in line with their Learning Plan and qualifications.\nMaintain comprehensive and accurate records of learning and progress at all times.\nProvide excellent standards of advice, guidance and support to employers and apprentices\nBe always vigilant for the welfare and safety of all learners.\nEnsure timely completion of all qualifications and courses.
Be proactive in the communication and resolution of issues that affect the timely achievement of learners.
