You will join us on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £ 23,400 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. The Derian House care team provides symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care, as well as short break respite care to children, young people and their families across Lancashire, South Cumbria and Greater Manchester. Supported by our dedicated community team, family support team, neonatal services and young people’s services we are able to provide a wide range of support and care in a variety of settings. Finance Assistant role: To provide financial and clerical administrative support to the Finance Manager contributing to the efficient running of the organisation. To provide accurate and prompt processing of income (Donorflex database) and expenditure (Sage Accounts System) to support the production of the financial accounting information. To comply and ensure Financial Procedures are followed and adhered to.
