Quality, HSE & Environmental Coordinator Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive Quality, HSE & Environmental Coordinator to support safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives. This role ensures legal and regulatory adherence, promotes best practices, and drives continuous improvement across health, safety, and environmental management systems.
Quality, HSE & Environmental Coordinator Duties
1. Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
2. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, including COSHH and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
3. Deliver safety training and oversee workforce compliance.
4. Maintain HSE documentation and records.
5. Support environmental monitoring (air, water, noise) and sustainability initiatives.
6. Lead new employee inductions and in-house safety training.
7. Assist with fire drills, safety tests, and emergency preparedness.
8. Work with cross-functional teams to drive HSE improvements.
9. Occasionally travel to other sites to support inspections and audits.
Quality, HSE & Environmental Coordinator Skills/Experience Required
1. NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
2. Experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
3. Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk management, and compliance.
4. Excellent communication skills to engage with teams at all levels.
5. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
7. ISO 14001 Internal Auditor (desirable).
