This dynamic and innovative company specialise in Modern Methods of Construction, in particular, modular construction. Revolutionising the sector, they have seen huge growth over the last year and work within many sectors, although a lot of their current and upcoming projects are in the Education sector. To facilitate their growth, they are looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join their team to implement their experience in a challenging and fast paced environment and bring their knowledge and expertise to the company.
This is a business to business sales position where you will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships within the business. You will work alongside the Directors and the team, ensuring business is secured once projects have been won as well as targeting new sales and business. You ultimate goal will be to win work, and secure future projects as well as upselling.
It is imperative that you have strong relationship building skills in the modular construction sector with proven ability to win work and secure future works. You will have previous experience working in a sales or business development based role, in the modular sector.
