What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a qualified counsellor who is compassionate, motivated and committed to providing a high-quality wellbeing support to our students. Key components of this role will include planning and delivering appropriate counselling programmes, co-ordinating external counselling and wellbeing provisions, and deputising for the Designated Safeguarding Lead. As the school starts at 8.30am and finishes at 3pm. There will be an expectation to fit around these hours and after 3pm for meetings as directed
