This role is to join a busy Finance team of 4 and the role is based in their Warrington office. Job Description Assist the Finance Team with the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control. Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses of the organisation. Preparing supplier statement runs. Reconcile supplier statements Send out reminder letters and monthly statements Manage customer credit limits Liaise with clients to resolve any financial discrepancies. Conduct regular ledger reconciliation and report on any irregularities. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Maintain confidentiality of the organisation's financial information. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department. The Successful Applicant A Successful Finance Assistant Should Have Previous experience within a Finance position. Experience using Sage would be beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office Excellent mathematical skills and an analytic mindset. Attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills Familiarity with financial regulations.
