Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage and grow your territory through new business development and direct sales to farms
* Plan and conduct regular on-site visits, identifying customer needs and promoting solutions
* Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing and Technical Services
* Maintain accurate sales activity records within the CRM system
* Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events and conferences
What Experience is Required
* Proven sales background, ideally in agricultural or farming-related industries
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent organisational skills

* Basic salary of GBP35,000
* Uncapped commission structure

Location
Field-based across Cornwall with regular travel. Commutable from: Truro, Newquay, Bodmin, St Austell, Falmouth, Penzance, Redruth and surrounding areas.
