Salary: £40k p/a Working Hours: 5 days per week in the office Location: Manchester City Centre Overview We are recruiting an adaptable and resourceful candidate who is ready to hit the ground running in a role supporting two directors and the team based in building services. Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre in a supportive company the role requires you to complete both PA and administrative tasks so requires a person who is energetic, organised, able to thrive in high-pressure environments. Key Responsibilities Formatting documents to ensure they adhere to company policy. Organising directors’ diaries, including booking meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and setting reminders. Answering telephone calls and managing communications. Performing general administrative duties (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing documents). Supporting the Business Support Manager with running the office on a day-to-day basis, helping to complete duties and tasks for the directors and wider team. Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the directors. Providing support to cover for other regional offices during sickness and annual leave. Key Skills & Requirements Positive attitude. Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Strong organisational skills. Knowledge of data and admin management practices and procedures. A minimum of 2 years experience in a PA/EA role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience using a CRM system.
