Group Operations Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pensions Operations Manager to lead our Benefits team based in our Coventry office on a permanent basis. The role This role is responsible for the delivery of the business as usual pension administration service to our third party clients which we administer from the Coventry office. You will lead the administration and payroll teams to successfully provide a quality focused pension administration service, using resource and workload planning to deliver client SLA’s and a positive customer experience. By motivating and developing your team managers and the people with the administration teams, you will create a high performing and customer focused working environment. You will have the opportunity to shape the operating model and influence the delivery of how the function operates, encouraging new prospects for growth. The person We are looking for a collaborative and inclusive leader who has experience of leading client focused administration teams, is customer focused, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The successful candidates will be passionate about the support and development of others who can foster a culture of collaboration, feedback and trust. We are looking for someone who is proactive and has the ability to champion continuous improvement by positively challenging any potential issues and looking at route cause analysis to continuously evolve our employees and clients experience. Working within pensions or financial services would be a distinct advantage. We will consider applications from those who have pensions background and people management experience who may currently be a Team Manager but are looking for a new challenge and a development opportunity.
