About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Attendance Officer to join our dedicated team. This is a vital role in promoting high attendance rates and improving student outcomes. You will work closely with students, families, and staff to foster a positive school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Organising and managing attendance processes effectively.
* Building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to improve attendance.
* Encouraging and supporting students to overcome barriers to learning.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will:
* Be an effective communicator who relates well to students and families.
* Be proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
* Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school.
* Hold a valid driving licence for travel as required.
