The role
As a Technical Quality Document Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Join our team to provide a seamless system governance service, supporting the Business Management System (BMS) Quality Manager and team in achieving their goals while ensuring full compliance with customer contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
Day-to-day, you’ll ensure regulatory, legislative, and compliance standards are met by managing business systems, supporting customers and the wider business, performing document control checks, and assisting with training and governance activities.
* Ensure regulatory, legislative, and compliance standards are met through effective management of business systems.
* Support the customer and wider business in all aspects of the BMS.
* Perform document control checks as directed and assist in managing business actions and documents within the BMS.
* Help the BMS team oversee training and governance activities for the business and customers.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
Essential experience of the Technical Quality Document Manager
* Document Control Management / Integrated Management System Administration – Desirable.
* Proven experience in a secretarial / administrative position.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Familiarity with office procedures.
Qualifications for the Technical Quality Document Manager
* GCSE English and Maths.
* NVQ/L3 in Business and Administration or equivalent discipline.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
