A part-time Band 5 community nurse post has become available with the Usk and Raglan District Nurse Integrated Team. The team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional, and good team worker with the ability to work autonomously.
The role will include a variety of nursing care in the patients' homes and seeing patients in the on-site clinic room, for IV infusion/catheters/wounds. The service is integrated and works with the CRT rapid medical team.
The successful candidate will need to have good time management skills, be able to organise their daily workload, and be a good team player.
