This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company's offices in Hamilton. An ideal role for someone looking to further their career in Transport. Becoming a vital member of the team you will be tasked with arranging shipments, maintaining records and communication with customers. This is a Monday - Friday, fully office based role. Main Responsibilities: Communication with customers and freight partners Arranging and monitoring shipments Resolving logistical issues which may arise Providing quotations Essential Skills and Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills IT literate, with solid knowledge of Microsoft office Excellent customer service skills Previous experience within a transport office is highly advantageous.
