Would you like to work for a world-renowned specialist national centre for people with spinal cord injury – a centre that is life changing for everyone who comes into contact with it?
The birthplace of the Paralympic Games, we’ve been serving patients since 1944 creating a different philosophy and approach to the management of spinal cord injuries. We lead the way in the treatment and care of those with spinal cord injuries and are proud to have established an international reputation for the quality of our services.
The National Spinal Injuries Centre has a mixture of band 5 nursing opportunities for candidates who are looking for a role in either an acute or rehab environment.
With an interest in spinal cord injury, ideal candidates must be self driven, energised, and always strive to provide a high standard of nursing care. Their philosophy should be that the patient must come first.
Self-awareness, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to professional development are also essential. Looking to the future, the Trust will support those individuals that want to challenge themselves and become the leaders of the profession.
