Job Description Position: BI Developer Job Type: Fulltime Location: Hybrid (1 to 2 days onsite per week – Hartlebury based) Reporting to: Group Head of System Development Job Purpose: As a Qlik Sense BI Developer, you will drive the entire development lifecycle of robust Qlik Sense analytics solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create complex data visualizations that address critical business questions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building visualizations and dashboards in Qlik Sense from initial design to deployment. Main Tasks and Accountabilities: ▪ Design, build and deploy complex BI solutions ▪ Drive advanced Qlik Sense integration ▪ Collaborate with team members to translate business needs into technical specifications ▪ Proactively assist in defining team standards for processes and documentation ▪ Troubleshoot and conduct thorough analysis and diagnosis of problems ▪ Develop and deliver knowledge transfer and training to the user ▪ Evaluate, design, and implement BI architecture solutions ▪ Safeguard the code base, conduct unit and integration testing, provide release management instructions through UAR and production environments ▪ Act as our BI champion Character and Personal Qualities: ▪ Proactive and keen to take initiative ▪ Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills ▪ Attention to detail ▪ Highly collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills ▪ Methodical in troubleshooting and research Experience/Knowledge/Qualifications Required: ▪ At least 1 years of hands-on experience as a Qlik developer (Qlik Sense or QlikView) ▪ Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices using Qlik ▪ Advanced understanding of and experience with relational databases (SQL) ▪ Proficiency in data modelling, dimensional modelling, and working with large datasets ▪ Good command of English, both spoken and written ▪ Knowledge of ERP packages like NetSuite Benefits: You will benefit from a full induction programme and training.
