This is a large financial services company seeking an experienced individual to join their busy customer services team on a 4 month FTC basis!
Description
* To answer and manage a large volume and variety of telephone enquiries
* To respond to customer correspondence by letter and email
* To liaise with our Customers, Financial Advisers and third parties, to process and administer instructions and enquiries.
* To work as a team to ensure that service standards are met
Profile
A successful Customer Services Administrator should have:
* A strong customer service orientation.
* Immediately available and able to commit to a 4 month FTC
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
