We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an interim children's home registered manager to work in the Solihull area. The client requires a manager who has experience of setting up a home and making it compliant including Ofsted. This is a 3 bed unit for 16+ provision. The role is working Monday to Friday onsite with expectation for weekend rota on call (1 in 3). Weekend working is required.
You Will Need:
* Experience of setting up a home
* Excellent knowledge of regulations
* Some experience with DOLS
* Enhanced DBS on the Government Update Service
* Ofsted knowledge
* Good communication skills
