Summary:
Business Development Manager is required to join the South Wales based team of this well-established third-party logistics provider. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships and enhancing the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Identify and target new clients.
* Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
* Negotiate contract terms.
* Monitor and track sales performance using relevant metrics and analytics.
* Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows and conferences.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience within the transport and logistics industry ideally but will consider experience from a B2B environment selling a service solution
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proficient in the use of CRM systems and MS office
* Strategic thinker able to analyse market trends and formulate effective business strategies.
