They are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join their dynamic team and help ensure the smooth running of their office operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project files, invoices, and employee records. Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and coordinating meetings. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized. Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with payroll preparation, timesheet collection, and basic financial reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or related industry (industry not essential). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
