A successful independent Opticians based in Rochford, Essex are looking for a full time Dispensing Optician Manager to lead the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of 2-3 people
* Complex dispensing
* Problem solving
* Input into business decisions - stock selection for example
* Focus on quality and customer service
* Support and development opportunities
Requirements:
* Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
* Leadership or supervisory experience ideally but will also consider someone taking the first step into management
* Looking for a career not just a job
* Passionate about eyewear
* Team player
Working Conditions:
* Full time to include Saturdays (1 in 4 off)
* Typical working hours from 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on a Sat)
* Basic salary between £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience
