Stuart needs you to work along with his team leader as a Senior Support Worker to achieve his mission, which is to leave home and become independent. He needs someone energetic and fun-loving who enjoys singing and music, jigsaws, and aeroplanes. Stuart loves to swim, and it would be great if you enjoy it as well. As a Senior, you would step up whenever necessary, but don't worry, as the team leader will prepare you for that moment, always having Stuart's interests at heart.
To have a good understanding of the autism spectrum and some experience would be important, and Stuart would love to have you onboard his team.
