Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive, based just outside of Cardiff for a leading apprenticeship and training provider.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment around an established team or Business Development Executives and Account Managers.
The role is an about creating long lasting business relationships from your sales calls. As these relationships grow so does your commission.
With clear training and progression plans, you will become a master of your desk and fully in control of your earning potential.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers
* Using a consultative approach to understand the customers needs and then close the sale.
* Manage your own pipeline and database, data cleansing as you go
* Managing your portfolio of active customers.
* Ensure good product knowledge to be able to talk learners through their options.
Skills & experience required.
* Experience in an outbound sales role or the desire to work in outbound sales
* Experience working towards, and able to individual targets
* Confident in speaking to a variety of people on the telephone, with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
