Ardingly College is seeking to appoint a Sports Graduate to work across our main sports of Football, Netball and Hockey, with a particular emphasis on Netball. This role will support the Sports department from January 2025 for a fixed-term period until August 2025 and involve coaching sport and promoting the general progress and well-being of individual pupils.
The successful candidate should have a high level of experience in playing and coaching Netball and any of the College’s key sports: Netball, Hockey, Cricket, Football and Swimming. They will be required to take part in the sports programme throughout the week in both Senior and Prep Schools, supporting the Heads of Sport with organising and preparing for fixtures on Fridays, alongside attending Saturday fixtures.
Contract: This role is offered on a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2025.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, during term-time only, plus one additional week to assist with pre-season training. The actual times of work are subject to flexibility and will be agreed directly with the Director of Sport.
Rate of Pay: £18,816 per annum, inclusive of paid holiday.
