We deliver performance excellence through an agile, diverse, and engaged team of experts. Role & Responsibilities: Provide operational AV technical support to all areas of the business. Support all areas of the business with overarching technical support, insight and planning across all clients and projects. Keep strong communication across all technicians to share best practise and support Create processes and procedures to support technical operation across all clients and TAG venues. Review current technical infrastructure in place and ensure all is kept up to date. To arrange technical training across all areas of AV including Audio, Lighting, Visual, Pyro, Aerial & Stage management. Liaising and arranging technical support from production companies. Working with existing suppliers to arrange the supply of equipment and personnel for installations and events Providing communication between the suppliers and TAG Live®️ internal operations and creative teams Work with the recruitment co-ordinator to source Sound and Lighting Technicians in the UK and EU. Support growing a portfolio of technical staff to react to client requirements. Collaborating and networking with recruitment agencies, universities, and technical companies. Purchasing Live Event Technical Equipment and Office IT Equipment where needed. Assist with budgets and with the procurement of supplies. Liaising with existing and new suppliers to ensure the equipment is purchased and delivered in time and on budget. Sourcing and negotiating deals with new suppliers. Building a portfolio of trusted suppliers. Have a detailed understanding of all H&S processes and procedures. Work with the Head of Compliance to ensure all procedures and policies are in place and up to date. Reviewing and revising safe systems of work and standard operating procedures Ensure all technical training is being conducted and regularly reviewed. This person will: Have the ability to lead people Have great people skills Have a keen eye to detail Be open to flexible working patterns including working weekends Be an extremely organised individual Be able to work well under pressure Have a proven ability of working with external Clients demonstrating great partnerships Have proven experience of leading successful projects Have experience of leading and managing budgets and stakeholders Be able to demonstrate Industry knowledge across the technical operation. Knowledge of QLab, Avolites and industry software platforms desirable. Rigging training and qualifications desirable.
