Job Summary
You will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining a Documented Integrated Management System and associated audit programme to maintain current certifications to ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001. You will also maintain and develop other documented management system standards including HACCP, 360 Quality Code, Organic Food Federation Certificate of Conformity and Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and BRCGS Global Standard for Storage and Distribution as may be identified as required by the port. In addition, you will report on non-conformance's identified through audit and across the port, investigate and share learning to promote continual improvement and ensure internal SLAs are adhered to and KPIs are tracked and reported.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience of developing, implementing and maintaining documented management systems to meet the requirements of ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001 as a minimum.
* Experience in other ISO standard implementation is desirable e.g. ISO50001, ISO55001 and ISO27001
* Lead auditor qualification for at least one of the following: ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001/ISO5001/ISO55001/ISO27001
* Experience auditing a wide range of industry types
* Previous experience of delivering training courses
* Experience in implementing systems to comply with HACCP, 360 Quality Code (International Shipping Association), Organic Food Federation Certificate in Conformity, Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) (HMRC) and BRCGS Global Standard for Storage and Distribution
* Excellent report writing skills
* Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle (desirable)
