As an Account Manager at PageSuite you will be the single point of contact and responsible for managing a group of our clients across a specific territory or group of territories. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of both our products and their business so that you can build confidence and trust, and ultimately increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. In addition to working with an existing group of clients you will be expected to present and pitch our products to prospects passed over from our lead-generation team, contributing to our new business revenue target and helping to drive international growth. In this capacity you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and nurturing to closing deals. You will work within a team of account managers, all dedicated to specific clients or regions, and report into the Head of Sales. From time-to-time you may be required to attend calls or meetings outside of your usual working hours. You may also be expected to attend on-site client meetings and international events on occasions. Ideally you will have at least 3-4 year's experience in a similar role and it would be even more advantageous if that was within a saas/software or publishing environment. You'll be great at communicating, excellent at presenting and have a great attitude. This is a hybrid role, meaning that you'll be working from home the majority of your time so you should be able to work independently and be very motivated to succeed in this role. Responsibilities Manage a group of existing clients and build long-lasting relationships, ensuring they are making the most of the PageSuite platform, whilst actively identifying upsell opportunities Facilitate regular account update calls and meetings with your clients as required Keep detailed notes of all client interactions and contacts across your client group, using Salesforce as a record Take an active interest in any issues that are raised by your group of clients to the support team, and understand the problems and the resolution Develop leads passed over from the lead-generation team and grow revenue to contribute to the team’s new business revenue target Work closely with other Account Managers in the business and encourage knowledge sharing Understand your market, the position of your clients and their competitors to identify opportunities for both them and ourselves. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitors Feedback client requests to the Product team so that they can be prioritised for development on the core product
