You’ll play a key role in supervising and managing our dynamic pick operation, working alongside our leadership team to ensure we consistently meet our high standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity. Competitive Starting Salary The Role: In this exciting role, you will: Supervise, train, and offer feedback to a wonderful team to ensure smooth operations and productivity. Manage key operational processes such as incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organisation, and maintaining warehouse inventory. Allocate resources and schedules to ensure the team’s goals are met efficiently and effectively. Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and product availability, ensuring seamless operations. Ensure accidents are investigated thoroughly in line with company procedures. Be a key point of contact for your team and customers, fostering strong, supportive relationships. Work in a large freezer environment (down to -20°C) for part of your shift, with full PPE provided to keep you cosy and protected. Who We’re Looking For: Are you: An experienced warehouse manager or supervisor with a team of 50 members? Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)? A clear communicator, able to engage with your team effectively in English? Someone with a proven track record in managing people and operations? Experienced in working in a busy pick operation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy? Comfortable working in colder environments (we’ve got you covered with PPE, including salopettes, freezer coat, boots, and more)?
