We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and self-sufficient Office Assistant to join this growing global advisory firm.
Having recently moved into a newly refurbished modern office with stunning views, we are looking for an individual who can take on a varied role in this fast-paced environment.
The firm seeks an Office Assistant who is efficient and one step ahead. You will be a self-sufficient problem solver who thrives in a high-pressure environment where you can think on your feet. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, from managing travel arrangements to welcoming guests and anticipating the needs of our busy office.
Working closely with the Senior Executive, you will also have the opportunity to support with diary management, travel management, and expenses.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. First point of contact for guests and employees
2. Booking travel and accommodation including taxis and updating diaries accordingly
3. Processing invoices and expenses
4. Welcoming visitors and preparing refreshments
5. Managing the meeting room booking system
6. Coordinating lunch orders
7. Liaising with the IT department
8. Scheduling 1:1 meetings
You must have 2 - 3 years+ of experience as an Office Assistant in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the investment sector, consultancy, or professional services.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment. If you impress, there could be further opportunities within the company.
