Job Description
* Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements.
* Reviewing and analysing financial data for accuracy and compliance.
* Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
* Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
* Communicating financial information to non-finance managers within the business.
* Engaging in cost analysis and identifying savings opportunities.
* Contributing to the improvement of financial policies and procedures.
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
* Experience in a similar role within the Housing sector.
* Strong technical skills including proficiency in accounting software.
* Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills to convey financial information effectively.
