Team Support in Chester-Le-Street are looking for an experienced Business to Business sales person to join their existing team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for:
1. Prospecting and growing the territory.
2. Utilising inbound leads, outbound contact, calls, emails, and social contact.
3. Managing a full pipeline via the CRM system.
4. Qualifying prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions.
5. Meeting qualified lead/demos targets every month.
6. Working to sales targets and incentives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience & Skills Needed:
* Previous experience in an outbound role is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills.
* High motivation and ambition.
* Ambition to meet targets and build robust client relationships.
