JOB TITLE: Temporary Purchase Accounts Administrator - immediate start
LOCATION: Dawlish
HOURLY RATE: £12.50 - £13 per hour DOE
HOURS: 2 days per week, Monday & Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
DURATION: Rolling contract
THE ROLE:
Office Angels are currently working with a well-established, forward-thinking, and dynamic company based in Dawlish who are seeking a proactive and driven Accounts Administrator to join their busy team! You will be providing support on a range of financial administration tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Dealing with a backlog of invoices
2. Processing and matching invoices with POs and delivery notes
3. Using Sage 200
4. Checking and processing payment runs
5. Keeping Purchase Ledger up to date
6. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving differences
KEY SKILLS:
1. Prior administration experience
2. Ability to work at a fast pace
3. Able to prioritise workload
4. Previous experience in accounts or finance is desirable
5. High attention to detail and accuracy
6. IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
