Job Description
Rate of pay: £12.79-£13.84 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:00, Friday 09:00-16:45 (36 hours per week)
Location: Desford Road, Leicester LE19 4AT
About the team:
You’ll be part of the Financial Customer Escalations Team, producing data and reports to minimise customer detriment and business impact through immediate and accurate analysis.
You will:
* Analyse historical and real time business data, systems and trends across a number of platforms.
* Create, analyse and provide precise management information, reporting and forecasting when required.
* Provide support to the wider business with system related enquiries/issues and Priority Ones.
* Identify trends and interpret information to help make proposals that will assist the Customer Service and Incident Management team.
* Create business models to constantly assess the performance of the department.
* Develop and implement process improvements.
* Complete root cause analysis
* Support with the completion of the bi-yearly FCA submission
About you:
* Knowledge and experience of SQL, Power Pivots and Microsoft packages (advanced Excel skills are essential).
* Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail.
* Be able to communicate at all levels, having the confidence in your own analysis and recommendations given.
* Logical thought process and the ability to solve problems quickly using your initiative in a pressurised environment.
* Have an inquisitive mind and challenge processes to ensure we are putting customers first always.
