We are seeking a detail-oriented Pay and Bill Administrator to join the team of our esteemed client in the recruitment sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced organisation that values precision and efficiency in financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process weekly and monthly payroll for contractors Generate and manage client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing Perform regular reconciliations of payroll and billing data to ensure accuracy Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and clients as required Assist with journal posting and margin analysis Requirements: Proven experience in payroll and billing, preferably within the recruitment sector Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen eye for detail Proficiency in payroll software and Excel Experience with RSMIntime is preferable Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll and billing, we would love to hear from you.
