Part time Receptionist - Administrator - Shirley Office Options Wellbeing Trust is part of a group of social enterprises called Social Care in Action. Social care in Actions is a charity with 30 years’ experience serving local communities in southern England. It is made up of several not-for-profit social enterprises providing a range of reliable, person-centred care, wellbeing, counselling, transport and related services. The role The Receptionist/Administration Assistant is an integral part of the overall Options Wellbeing Trust Administrative Team. The main purpose of the role is to provide client/public facing and back office functions to help and support the therapeutic and wellbeing services offered and to keep up to date data for reporting purposes that is required by our board of trustees and funders. Hours of work 22.5 per week To be worked 09:00 to 17:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. What will I need? Intermediate ICT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook and to be able to establish, maintain and update databases accurately.
