Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction and development of our digital marketing, overseeing communications across channels such as the website, email, digital advertising, and on-site digital displays. You will act as the digital lead, collaborating closely with various departments, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and shape the digital marketing strategy, ensuring our campaigns are data-informed, innovative, and aligned with sector advancements. Support cross-departmental digital strategy initiatives, and advise on digital opportunities for various teams.
* Take ownership of our website roadmap, leading user-centric improvements alongside our in-house development team to enhance user experience and functionality.
* Collaborate with the Social Media & Content Manager to harmonize social media content with email and website communications, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
* Provide strategic guidance to marketing teams on event promotions and online sales maximization.
* Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and policy.
Key Requirements for the role
* Extensive experience in digital marketing within arts, retail, entertainment, or a similar sector.
* Proficiency in managing CRM and loyalty strategies in a complex organisation.
* Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
* Expertise in digital marketing strategy development, with a track record of driving traffic and revenue growth.
* Knowledge of content architecture, UX, accessibility, and user testing.
* Budget management experience and a strategic mindset.
