If this sounds like you, please get in touch today Personal specification: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Property Management role, demonstrating a solid understanding of property management practices and responsibilities ARLA/Propertymark Level 3 qualification is optional but preferred Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in handling paperwork, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records Team player – ability to work in a collaborative environment IT literate Strong customer service skills Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle for property visits and inspections Live within a 30 – 45 minutes' drive of the office. The salary on offer will be in the region of £34,000 to £38,000 dependent on previous experience. Benefits include 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). Parking/permit is provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Very occasional, optional Saturday work may be required from 10am to 2pm, however, you will be given time back in lieu for this.
