Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us as a Performance Media Specialist (FTC), reporting into the Search and Affiliates Performance Manager. You will execute performance media activities across both B2C and B2B channels for Nespresso UK&I, focusing on driving qualified traffic, high conversion rates, new customer acquisition, and high return on ad spend (ROAS).
A day in the life of a Performance Media Specialist
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborate with the agency to execute day-to-day campaigns across performance media platforms (Paid Search, Affiliates, Retail Media).
* Drive qualified traffic to the Nespresso website through demand generated by ATL and other marketing campaigns.
* Manage product feed platform for Google Shopping.
* Optimise visibility and accessibility of Nespresso for consumers.
* Develop key messaging and creative assets with the agency.
* Support the execution of the performance media strategy.
* Identify and address areas of inefficiency.
* Execute testing frameworks, measure campaign performance, and improve conversion rates and ROAS.
* Work closely with the Digital Analytics Manager to uncover actionable insights.
* Maintain and develop reporting frameworks.
What will make you successful
To be successful in this role, you will have media experience, ideally within a paid search role or working with Amazon. You will need:
* Understanding of performance media platforms, such as Google Ads, SA360, Amazon Ads.
* Familiarity with managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills to analyse complex data and provide recommendations.
* Comfortable working in a self-directed, fast-paced environment.
