To support the organisation’s growth, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our Administration team. You will be based in our Eastleigh office and report to the Admin Supervisor. This is a permanent part-time role working 30 hours per week. Hours cover: 8:30am-5:15pm, (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 8:30-4pm (Friday). The Role Your key responsibilities will include: General administrative tasks including, but not limited to, typing and distributing letters, answering calls, photocopying and scanning Assisting with duties of Reception and Admin Supervisor when required (including welcoming visitors) Completing timesheet accurately on a daily basis Postal responsibilities including daily scanning and booking of post, opening of mail Payroll responsibilities including payroll checks and daily filing of documents using Iris software Archiving and maintaining archive database Processing of in-house forms Banking when required What We Can Offer You Joining a fast growing company with exciting growth plans ahead Plenty of opportunity to increase your technical knowledge and skills A varied role within a talented and experienced team The Eastleigh/Andover/Basingstoke office is centrally located, with easy access to local shops/supermarkets, main roads and train stations. Whilst it is not required, previous experience working in a similar role would be advantageous. Proficient in MS Office/ 365 applications, specifically Excel and able to pick up new IT software very quickly. Good written and verbal communication. Have a proactive can-do attitude and the ability to effectively manage workload and prioritise tasks. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with good organisational skills. Approachable and friendly with the ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated when working independently. Driving license essential.
