What we look for in our ideal candidate:
* A valid Front Line SIA Door Supervisor badge
* Night-time industry experience is preferred but not essential
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
* Excellent customer service skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Well presented and smart in appearance
Job requirements:
* Patrolling areas to ensure the safety of the site, staff, customers, and your team members
* Reporting any health and safety issues to the relevant persons on site along with your area manager
* Providing the best customer service to all customers on site by acting in a professional and friendly manner
* Writing detailed reports if any issues arise and following company procedures while doing so
* When required, de-escalate, escort or restrain where necessary
* Understanding and following company policies and procedures
* Effective communication using the radios provided
* Ability to make decisions quickly
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Knowledge of licensing laws and regulations
* Confidence in searching people's persons and property
* Ability to deal with emergency situations
* Supervising people as they leave the venue
* Co-operating effectively with the police, first aiders, local authorities, and management
* Attending briefs and debriefs
* Attending necessary or related training

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
* Overtime
* Weekend availability
Experience:
* Security: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* SIA (required)
