Job Advert: Drivers Mate – Nights (Tuesday to Saturday) Location: Haddenham Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday Nights Salary: £12.21 overtime £13.21 About the Role: Ultimate Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and motivated Drivers Mates for our client based in Haddenham. This exciting night shift role (Tuesday to Saturday) will see you assisting the drivers with deliveries, loading and unloading, and providing excellent service at each delivery point. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the driver with loading and unloading goods in a safe and efficient manner. Ensuring all products are securely loaded and properly stored in the vehicle. Supporting the driver during deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers. Providing high-quality customer service when delivering goods, ensuring satisfaction at each location. Adhering to health and safety regulations while working in a fast-paced environment. Assisting with delivery paperwork and route planning. Maintaining effective communication with the driver and the rest of the logistics team. What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Drivers Mate or in a similar logistics role is desirable, but not essential. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Physically fit to assist with loading and unloading goods.
