My client is looking for someone who is up for a challenge and excited by an opportunity to provide all HR support in a stand-alone capacity.
You will be the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance working closely with the Financial Controller to promote best practice and help create a positive and engaging culture for all employees.
Based in Bath this role is easily commutable, offers hybrid working along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
As the HR Co-Ordinator you will offer first line HR support across the entire business, dealing with all transactional activity around the employee life cycle. It's a true generalist position with huge potential for development.
Main duties include:
1. First point of contact for employee queries via email, phone or face to face.
2. Manage the HR inbox, providing key information in a timely manner
3. Support with all recruitment activity, to include shortlisting, arranging interviews, onboarding and inductions.
4. Maintain and update the HR database & HR systems for 100% accurate employee records
5. Manage all starters/leavers, issuing contracts and arranging exit interviews.
